I have been formally trained as a home inspector and have passed two rigorous tests to obtain my membership in NSHI. To maintain this membership I must periodically participate in formal training and education that is accepted by NSHI and perform home inspections under the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics spelled out by this organization. Our mission statement Apollo Home Inspections provides our clients with extensive and pertinent knowledge in the biggest investment of one's lifetime. It is our goal to provide a 3rd party opinion in an objective narrative report. We do this by inspecting each home as if we were planning to live in it. We make no repairs so we come fully unbiased as to what we may find in doing a home inspection for you. We also keep in mind that the Buyer is the ultimate client no matter who may be paying for the home inspection. The Buyer is planning to purchase the home and this is who we think of while doing the inspection.
